The Carbonit RFP Premium activated carbon filter cartridge is suitable only for the GO Travel filter device.

Application Area Go

The Carbonit RFP Premium D activated carbon filter cartridge is for the Carbonit GO Travel and GO Travel Long travel filters.

• for travel filters GO travel and Go Travel Long
• RFP Premium D for normal travel duration.

Sintered activated carbon block filters, as used for this system, fundamentally differ

-from table or jug filters, which may slightly improve the taste and appearance of water but remove contaminants only to a limited extent.
-from extruded block filters, which, due to the melted binder used in manufacturing, significantly clog the activated carbon surface. The high-quality activated carbon used has a very high adsorption capacity. This removes, for example, lead, copper, pharmaceutical residues, or hormone-like substances. The minerals remain in the drinking water

Description RFP

This is an activated carbon cartridge with an integrated silver-based germ protection barrier.
The Carbonit RFP Premium offers, with a filtration fineness of 0.7µm, protection against bacteria, heavy metals, pesticides ..., filtration fineness 0.7 µm

Performance

• Flow rate 1.0 l/min (RFP Premium D-L)
• Replacement interval: approx. 4 weeks with regular use

The cartridges must be replaced for capacity and/or hygiene reasons after the following periods. RFP Premium L (RFP GO):
- 4 weeks, max. 500 liters RFP Premium D-L:
- 8 weeks, max. 800 liters during travel
- 12 weeks, max. 1000 liters stationary
Within these periods, however, a filter change may be necessary if the water flow rate is noticeably reduced. An early replacement is not a defect of the filter but an indication of increased fine particles in the unfiltered water. After travel, dispose of the used filter cartridge and clean and dry the housing
