Carbonit WFP Select L Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge for Quadro 120
4 pieces of WFP Select long are required for the Quadro 120. Carbonit Monoblock activated carbon replacement filter with high fineness for powerful Quadro whole-house entry filters. This cartridge is factory-installed in the QUADRO 120 system. Carbonit Monoblock filter with approx. 44 l flow rate. For use only in QUADRO 120 filter devices. Good protection against particles, chlorine taste and organic compounds. This block filter combines the well-known adsorptive forces of sintered activated carbon with mechanical filtration. Carbonit Monoblock: baked block filter, manufactured in a sintering process, internationally patented, multiple award-winning and scientifically recognized. Combines the well-known adsorptive forces of sintered activated carbon (e.g. pesticides) with mechanical filtration (e.g. bacteria). (Not to be confused with loose granulated carbon fillings or extruded blocks). The filtration fineness of the Carbonit WFP Select L filter cartridge is 0.45 μm. Additional fineness levels can be ordered upon request. The filter cartridge is, like all Carbonit products, "Made in Germany" and based on the highest hygiene standards.
Carbonit WFP Select for Quadro 120 House Connection
In contrast to the
WFP Select for the Quadro 60, the WFP Select L offers an increased flow rate. The filtration performance does not change.
The
Quadro 120 house connection must be installed by a professional. The filter replacement can usually be carried out easily in just a few steps.
This sintered activated carbon block filter for the Quadro 120 house connection focuses on chemical-physical removal as well as simple mechanical particle retention of unwanted substances in drinking water. No bacteriological barrier via ultra-fine pores is intended, as large water volumes must be processed in a short time.
Filter Performance WFP Select L
The filter cartridge must be replaced after 6 months (according to DIN 1988). A maximum of 10,000 liters of water may be filtered within this 6‑month period. An earlier replacement may be necessary if the water flow is noticeably reduced. An early replacement is not a defect of the filter used, but an indication of an increased presence of fine particles in the unfiltered water.
