Carbonit Duo under-sink water filter (serial and parallel)

The Carbonit Duo under-sink filter is a water filter for two filter cartridges. These can be connected in series, i.e. one behind the other, in order to connect a pre-filter or lime/nitrate filter in front of the activated carbon cartridge. Or two filter cartridges can be connected in parallel to increase the flow rate.
The combination possibilities offered by the use of two filter cartridges should be emphasised, as this allows many different water filtration applications to be served. The under-sink filter unit Duo can be used for kitchen and bathroom. The Duo can also be used flexibly for commercial water filtration.

The individual components have been tested in accordance with the DVGW guidelines and DIN EN 14898 and are made of materials suitable for use with foodstuffs. All housing materials meet KTW recommendations and positive lists due to high quality plastics (housing block & union nut: POM Hostaform C2571, cup: Grilamid TR 90). The safety tests for compressive strength comply with DIN 19632, DIN 14898 and GSO 481.1.022. Although use is only permitted in the PN10 pressure range, the burst pressure tested is just under 90bar.

The Carbonit Duo HPS under-table water filter with serial cartridge arrangement for filtration tasks in which water flows through the cartridges one after the other, thus filtering the filtered water from two filter cartridges. The main application of the Carbonit Duo is under-sink for kitchen and bathroom, but it is also used commercially.

All DUO filter units are ready for installation under the sink and, depending on the model, are fully equipped.

DUO-HP Nitrate for the removal of nitrate from drinking water

DUO-HP Special for bacteria-proof filtering with Carbonit NFP Premium and with pre-filtering to protect the activated carbon filter cartridge from rapid clogging.
Useful for water with particle contamination or iron in the water. Flow rate approx. 2 l/min
DUO-HP Basic S for the individual selection of filter cartridges. Please refer to the section Application Technology for parton selection.

The Carbonit HPP parallel offers a modified water flow compared to the Duo HPS water filter.

The Carbonit Duo HPP under-sink installation filter with parallel cartridge arrangement for filtration tasks in which the cartridges are simultaneously exposed to water that has previously been divided into the two cartridge chambers. This has the effect of relieving the cartridges, as you now only have to filter half of the water at a time. Main use: Under table for kitchen and bathroom, but also for commercial use.

The Carbonit Duo HP Classic is a completely ready to use water filter, which already contains two Carbonit NFP Premium filter cartridges in the scope of delivery.
With the Carbonit Duo HP Basic you can choose the two filter cartridges individually and have to order them separately.
